These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Cleverina website and any consulting services provided by Alexander Starostin, operating as Cleverina, an autónomo registered in Spain. By using cleverina.com you accept these Terms.

1. Services

Cleverina provides cloud security, governance, compliance readiness and AI-governance consulting across Microsoft, AWS and modern collaboration ecosystems. Specific deliverables, timelines and fees are agreed in a separate written engagement letter or Statement of Work for each client.

2. Website use

You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to compromise, reverse-engineer or interfere with the site, its forms, analytics or supporting infrastructure.

3. Intellectual property

All content on cleverina.com — including text, logos, graphics and articles — is owned by Cleverina or its licensors and protected by applicable IP law. You may share excerpts with proper attribution but may not reproduce substantial portions without written permission.

4. Disclaimer

Website content is provided for general information. It does not constitute legal, regulatory, audit or certification advice. We do not act as a certification body for ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS or similar standards. Always validate findings with a qualified professional before acting.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cleverina is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from use of the website or its content. Liability arising from paid engagements is governed by the relevant Statement of Work.

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Valencia, Spain, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules require otherwise.
